Why is RingLeader, Inc. acquiring EtherSpeak, Inc.?
RingLeader, Inc. is a new company in the mobile app industry and is acquiring EtherSpeak, Inc. to expand its reach into the telecommunications market.

Will this acquisition affect my contract?
No, this transition will not affect your contract.

Will this acquisition affect my billing?
Maybe, your billing may be affected if you pay via paper check. RingLeader will only accept major Credit Cards and ACH electronic payments. If your company is unable to provide electronic payment, please call the RingLeader billing department at (703) 649-0036.

Will this acquisition affect my pricing?
No, this acquisition will not affect your pricing.

How can I learn more about the new RingLeader, Inc. products?
You can learn more about the new RingLeader, Inc. products on our website at RingLeader.co.

When will this acquisition go into effect?
This acquisition will officially go into effect on January 1, 2017.

Has this acquisition changed staffing and management?
No, there are currently no changes in place for staffing and management, however this acquisition positions RingLeader. Inc to grow so there may be expansionary employment opportunities in the future.

What will change on my bill?
Call EtherSpeak sales department at (866) 384-3747 or Email EtherSpeak sales at Sales@EtherSpeak.com.

Will I need to sign new paperwork?
Your new RingLeader, Inc. contract will stay exactly the same. However, if you would like to sign new paperwork registered under RingLeader, Inc, we can certainly accommodate that request. In certain circumstances a new W-9 tax form may need to be signed. RingLeader, Inc. will reach out individually to those affected customers and value-added-resellers.

Will RingLeader, Inc. still provide SIP Trunking?
Yes, RingLeader, Inc. is committed to continuing the success of EtherSpeak, Inc. and by pursuing innovation and growth in the business VoIP industry.

What if I need support during this process?
EtherSpeak’s support team will remain fully operational during the acquisition process. If you need support call our office at (866) 384 – 3747 or send an email to support@etherspeak.com.

Can I still use EtherSpeak email addresses?
No, on January 1, 2017, EtherSpeak email addresses will change to @Ringleader.co.

Where can I sign up for the RingLeader App?
If you are interested in joining the pilot program for the RingLeader App, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page. Be sure to sign-up for updates on the https://www.RingLeader.co homepage and follow our developer blog at https://ringleader.co/blog/.

When can I download the RingLeader app?
The RingLeader app will be available early 2017 on the Apple App store and Google Play.

Will there be any network downtime when RingLeader, Inc. takes over EtherSpeak’s operations?
Maybe, there may be a brief moment of network downtime when we cut-over onto RingLeader’s network but we are confident this process will be seamless. More details will be provided in the near future.
